today sunday~ so fast my weekend past~ and tml another day of excel at work~ finally finished 2 sets of excel~ now the third with 3k rows~! jia you ba~!

hmmm~ friday i watch drama with my mum till 1plus~ then sat wake up at 7plus meet zax at 730am for gym~ we found tat gym open at 830am so we decided to go cwp for breakfast first.. then we shun bian can meet kim at cwp~ 9 am we reached the gym and left at 10plus.. then we go NTUC buy spaghetti & ham to go zax house cook lunch~

after lunch we sit infront of zax comp and see which hotel at bintan is cheap and nice~ and we listed out a few.. then we played monopoly with zax bro and his fren~ i very nosie~ play monopoly till high~ after thAT we went for dinner and go home~

This morning wake up~ body aching~ i don knw which equipment i use tat make my back feel so ache~ then my legs feel nothing~ maybe long time no execise hand~ then ytd took a few weight~ today PAIN~ today at home do abit sit-up and pumping~ and i played mvaple~ training a member~ ^^

tat all~ going for dinner le~ hee~ take care buddies~ cya tml~ ^^v
